* Interpreting engineering drawings to fabricate various lift products such as liftable freight hoists and lowlifts * Supervising and coaching apprentices * Fault-finding and trouble-shooting, repairing products in-house and onsite * Building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with supervisors, engineers and other key stakeholders * Quality control including testing products * Utilising 5S principles in workshop environments * Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health and safety * regulations
