Just finishing a state of the art 640,000 sq foot poultry processing facility in London Ontario. Managing through Covid and supply chain issues has proved challenging but the team has worked well to deliver an exceptional project.

Provide overall construction management to ensure the project meets all schedule and budgetary goals. Proactively manage risk and construction services on projects, including development of site logistics, project schedule and phasing, design and constructability review and budget development.

Oversee all commercial projects to ensure that they are meeting their project goals. Lead project teams in the delivery of client requirements from inception to completion. Meet with Owners and Architects to effectively solve any issues. Monitor the project’s budget and schedule. Evaluate staff and conduct quarterly performance reviews.

Provide the day-to-day coordination, planning and administration of construction projects including design, budget and schedule. Ensure project safety and quality is achieved according to company safety and quality plans. Proactively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact. Develop and execute commissioning plans.

Provide direct supervision and coordination of general foreman, subcontractors, and for the coordination of project equipment materials and labour. Create and manage project schedule. Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs.

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities including manpower, materials and equipment. Create, maintain and execute the project plan, including critical path, and schedule and ensure compliance with budget. Enforce contractual responsibilities, contract documents and provide dispute resolution.

Led and directed a 40-man placing and finishing crew that placed an average of 500 meters of concrete per day for the $157 Dufferin Creek Sewage Treatment Plant.
