* Scoping of projects from initial brief, conceptualisation of project needs, project design and production * The creation and updating of functional and technical design specifications * Testing and proofing the completed project * ASP, C#, HTML, JavaScript, Java, SQL programming * Database design and implementation * Interaction with staff, management and/or clients to determine their programming needs * Maintenance of hardware and software as the need arises * Webmaster of the Gendel Group website * Assist the Technical Director with any company projects

* Work with the customer to understand change requirements and make the appropriate recommendations * Contribute to managing the financial aspects of the project by providing accurate reporting and ensuring that the team works within the financial guidelines * Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships * Develop technical solution proposals * Be involved in Marketing/PR initiatives * Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and documents results properly * Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements * Perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results * Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment

* Define detailed technical, operational and user readiness requirements * Identify preferred design options and processes that meet the stated requirements * Create conceptual architecture * Develop technical design of solution components * Assess customer environment, determine application compatibility and develop solutions for discovered issues * Complete detailed application, solution, operations, and migration test plans * Develop the solution against the design * Develop and document deployment logistics * Develop and execute unit and functional test scripts and test approach * Deploy and test the production * Test production infrastructure * Deploy and test applications in production * Migrate user data and related items
