As a data center technician I possess many of the skills and necessary knowledge to maintain and improve highly-critical data center and facility systems. At TDS I help maintain Service Level Agreements as well as customer and vendor requests interaction, and audits. My strongest traits are an ability to troubleshoot in any situation as well as a highly-organized mind geared toward learning. I work hard, and have no issue with on-call or after-hours work. Leading projects and time management skills are required of me on a daily basis. Projects under my supervision are documented in detail in compliance with ITIL version 3 standards. For our work on the expansion project in Madison our team was nominated and won the Inspiring Excellence Award and was awarded an all-expense paid trip.
