Draft or translate contents on company website, service proposals and product portfolio: - Prepare bilingual WeChat posts for promoting projects completed by the company according to briefs from the HQ in North America - Collaborate with marketing and graphics team, update the bilingual contents for company product portfolio and project records on regular basis, mainly: draft new items and follow-up with the process of existing projects Translate project documents, contracts, meeting minutes and drawings: - Translate and distribute working meeting minutes - Translate project files, namely the tender invitation, tender information documents, project contract and relevant agreements. Assist Legal Consultant in North America in understanding and reviewing the contract provisions from the Clients or Vendors in China. Support foreign designers in daily communication for projects: - Receiving briefs from the clients and help the designers understand the project - Support in communication within the design team, between both local and foreign team members - Support in coordination with the vendors in bidding process

- Prepare bilingual contents for the marquees, road signs, ride introduction within the resort, and follow-up with the production by vendors - Provide bilingual scripts for the shows in the resort; provide interpreting service during rehearsals, help foreign cast members in communicating with Chinese working staff - During construction stage, assist the foreign project management team in communication with Chinese authorities and local constructors; - Participate in regular design meetings and site visits, provide interpreting services
