With 12 years of experience in agribusiness development and a MSc in Agriculture and Applied Economics, I am a Project Manager at Solidaridad Network, an international organization that works to create fair and sustainable supply chains. I manage the investment portfolio of the Dairy Project, which aims to improve the livelihoods of smallholder dairy farmers in East Africa by enhancing their productivity, quality, and market access. I coordinate and provide strategic guidance and direction to partners in program implementation and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives and outcomes. I also created youth farmsettlement presented it TADB for funding and was granted curently seven youth has been transformed to comercial dairy farmers Previously, I worked as a Business Advisor at Rikolto, where I developed and refined capacity building tools for community-based organizations, such as farmer business groups, small and medium enterprises, and unions. I was able to structure horticulture and cereal markets that benefited more than 10,000 farmers, especially women and youth, by increasing their incomes, resilience, and food security. I am passionate about creating impactful change by applying my expertise in value chain coordination, market structuring, and women and youth inclusion. I believe that by empowering communities in the production and marketing of agricultural products, we can foster sustainable and inclusive development.
