Jasmine Cui

Dr. Jasmine Cui is the Co-founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of InnoCare Pharma, a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing innovative treatments for cancer and autoimmune diseases. With over 30 years of experience in drug research and development, she is committed to driving scientific breakthroughs and advancing global healthcare. Before founding InnoCare, Dr. Cui served as General Manager at BioDuro, leading scientific operations, business strategy, and resource management. She also spent 14 years at Merck Research Laboratories, chairing the Early Development Team to advance drug candidates from preclinical to Phase IIa trials. Dr. Cui holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Purdue University and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. As the 17th and first female SAPA President, she has been a trailblazer in the industry. Recognized as one of Fortune China’s "Most Powerful Women in Business" three times, Dr. Cui continues to inspire through her leadership and impact.
