Tasks: Correspondence with couples from abroad, interpreting and translating to the Travel Agency managers while budgeting, planning and executing together. Respecting deadlines. Finding and keeping suppliers.

Team member at Via Napoli Pizzeria, following a 12 months Cultural Representative Program. During this time I was requested to work multiple positions within the operations to enhance my experience and to accommodate operational needs. I was trained to provide the best customer service for a high volume Italian restaurant from the welcome to the leaving of each guest, satisfying all their needs while representing my home country. The most challenging experience above all for dealing with a great amount of people during every shift, from the staff to the guests.

Internship due to participating in Lifelong Learning Programme. I was trained in the correct use of the current hotel software “Protel”, check-in and check-out operations, booking, management and storage of the internal documentation and provide the best customer service trying to anticipate needs.

Work Experience in acceptance, customer service, switchboard, receiving incoming calls and sorting telematic communications to specific offices, managing the inbox pratic@pratic.it and answer to the requests for information made by individuals through the website; management agenda; management and storage internal documentation, management internal mail for post office, take care of the entrance area, support to all offices, small translations when particularly asked.
