Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel agency groups, it has company-owned operations in 14 countries and a corporate travel management network that spans more than 90 countries. It employs more than 19,000 people globally and has a total of 2800 businesses. In this role, I am responsible for HR operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China region including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process, performance management, providing HR advice to all departments stakeholders in accordance to company policies and employment law, manage employee records and work pass application, company group medical insurances and staff benefits, drive and conduct employee engagement and CSR program.

The Singtel Group is Asia's leading communications group. They provide a diverse range of services including fixed, mobile, data, internet, TV, infocomms technology (ICT) and digital solutions. In this role, I am responsible for planning and heading key employee engagement projects and events including Annual Dinner and Dance, Family Day, CSR activities and etc, Manage and conduct annual employee engagement surveys, analyse data and drive strategic action plans with key departmental stakeholders, Lead and manage employee rewards and recognition program across Singapore and Malaysia region.
