At Locobuzz, I worked as the Lead UX Designer for the company’s signature AI-driven customer experience and social listening platform, while also contributing to the design of new and upcoming product initiatives. I led end-to-end UX across multiple product modules, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to translate complex business and data requirements into intuitive user experiences. My role involved driving product strategy through design thinking, conducting user research, defining information architecture, and designing scalable interaction patterns for analytics, engagement, and automation workflows. I also contributed to building and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across the platform. Through a combination of strategic thinking, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration, I helped shape enterprise-grade solutions used by brands to manage customer interactions, social listening, and data-driven insights.

As the Manager of UX Design at RBL Bank, I lead a team of three designers, guiding them through projects from concept to delivery. I focus on creating user-centered designs, conducting research, and developing strategies that align with our goals. I also ensure our designs meet high standards and communicate effectively with the stakeholders across the organisation.
