As a Contracts & Cost Control Senior Manager working with the Real Estate Developer, ARDARA (part of Public Investment Fund) my role and responsibilies include the complete commercial and contracts managment at the pre and post contract stage of the major development from the Developer/Client side. Worked as Site Quantity Surveyor : (Junary-2005 to June 2005) Project : Fujrah Cement Factory (Building and Infra structucture) Client : Emirates cements (EMCC) Consultant : Cementech Job Responsibilities: • Report to Technical Manager. • Preparing monthly invoices for the work completed on site • Preparing the variations list and rate analysis. • Attending meeting with engineers & supervisors of sub-contractors. • Coordinating with Material Engineer to prepare material quantities and extracting specifications. • Checking the invoices of sub contractors and preparing payment certificate. • Preparing monthly progress report and monthly steel programme.
