In 2017, I embarked on the journey of establishing Envitest Laboratories with a deep sense of humility and a strong desire to serve the industry with advanced technological solutions. Taking on the responsibility of creating, implementing, installing, executing, and delivering testing services, I actively contributed to the company's mission of providing high-quality environmental testing services. Envitest Laboratories was designed to cater to a wide range of sectors, including electronics, electrical, mechanical, automotive, defense, telecom, information technology, IOT, industrial, and many more. Within this enterprise, my role encompassed developing and implementing a comprehensive program management approach to ensure rigorous testing against a diverse array of industry standards. This approach helped us maintain the highest level of accuracy and reliability in our testing processes. In addition to my program management responsibilities, I also played a key role in guiding our team of engineers and experts to provide top-notch engineering consultancy services to our clients. This involved collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, and then devising tailored solutions to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and overall market competitiveness of their products. Some of my notable roles included fostering a positive company culture that emphasized teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. I also developed and implemented a quality control program that significantly improved the accuracy of our test results, ensuring that our clients could rely on the integrity of our findings. I actively trained new employees on the proper use of laboratory equipment and procedures, ensuring that our team maintained a high level of proficiency and consistency in our testing protocols.

Organizing and structuring the BIS test Lab for Electronics Products under CRS scheme of Government of India. Structured the lab activities and code of conduct for the test requirements. Emphasized on Products testing services and Instrumentation for the lab conduct and day to day activities. Enabling the system to operate the Lab and institution.
