* Summary of roles but not limited to: * Provide onsite, email and phone technical knowledge and support for enterprise clients during the implementation, warranty and maintenance stages of projects. * Fault isolation and resolution within the given Service Level Agreement on incident cases * Proper documentation of project installations * Technologies: * Cisco Security (ASA, ISE, ESA, Firepower, Meraki MX) * Cisco Networking (Catalyst Switches, ISR Routers, Nexus Switches, Meraki)

* Summary of roles but not limited to: * Create Network Designs/Diagrams * Conduct Network Audit * Conduct Site Survey for Network Requirements * Create bill of materials and proposals for clients * Meet with clients and gathering client requirements

* Summary of roles but not limited to: * Troubleshoot network issues * Troubleshoot PC issues

* Summary of roles but not limited to: * Monitor network devices and servers using Riverbed and Cisco Prime * Monitor connections between the main office and remote offices * Create reports regarding any issues with the connections

* Summary of roles but not limited to: * Remote desktop support * Install / Troubleshoot different kinds of software * Setup / Troubleshoot different issues with emails and email clients * Remove Malware * Optimize / Clean up a computer

* Summary of roles but not limited to: * Provide onsite, email and phone technical knowledge and support for telecommunications and enterprise clients during the pre sales, implementation, warranty and maintenance stages of projects. * Fault isolation and resolution within the given Service Level Agreement on incident cases * Proper documentation of project installations * Conduct Preventive Maintenance and provide maintenance reports and configuration updates monthly to clients for projects under Maintenance Agreement.
