I am a behavioural science graduate. My goal in life is to encourage people’s positive behaviour through evidence-based interventions. I hope to eventually dedicate myself to providing meaningful insights and engaging in new ideas that improve others’ well-being. I am currently in the process of changing careers after spending the past twenty years in senior roles within industrial manufacturing. This experience has allowed me to develop transferrable skills, including thinking strategically, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Additionally, my academic background in science and business administration has provided me with a foundation in critical thinking which I consistently apply in decision-making. I am a fast learner with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
