I work in manufacturing compliance, supporting ethical, social and environmental standards across a global supply chain.I’m part of a small, established team delivering the Every Step Better (ESB) program and working closely with internal stakeholders and international partners to ensure practical, consistent compliance outcomes that align with our values and long‑term commitments.My role focuses on the day‑to‑day execution of global regulatory compliance and accreditation programs, including managing supplier compliance data and third‑party platforms, supporting audits, coordinating corrective actions and reporting, and delivering product and packaging chemical compliance. I enjoy working within structured regulatory frameworks while continuously improving systems as expectations evolve across global manufacturing and sourcing environments.I’m particularly interested in sustainability, product stewardship, and responsible supply chains—spanning governance, labour standards, environmental requirements and risk management. Always keen to connect with others working in compliance, sustainability, ethical sourcing and manufacturing.
