• Management of an Electrical, Control and instrumentation construction site of around 30 people • Management of projects on site, from scoping, Bills of Quantities, Engineering, Costing, budget control, Execution, Quality Control, Safety Management to commissioning and final hand over • Management of Annual shut downs with excess of 100 people during 3 week shut downs on Medium and Low Voltage Equipment and Instrumentation and control equipment • Overall site office management including maintenance and upkeep, quality and safety records and overall budgets and targets • Management of site overhead and project costs, including project cash flow, invoicing, ordering • Supply chain development, equipment sourcing competitiveness, signing of new agency agreements • Management of site stores system, inventory, stock holding and stock reconciliation • Technical equipment adjudications • Development of new strategies and goals
