This position involved phone/email communication with regional sales representatives and day to day management of their accounts. Also, phone interation with customers and account applicants was required in addition to responding to emails forwarded by our sales representatives and from customer accounts. This job also included biannual participation in seasonal trade shows in Dallas, Atlanta, and Union City at the regional showrooms.

This position included all the responsibilities of a Member Services representative, with the addition of the supervision and training of 7-12 employees depending on the season. Also included the responsibility of the showroom appearance and the placement/maintenance of existing product displays

Engaged with members and visitors in a showroom environment to assist in their selection and purchase of products from a large number of manufacturers. Also, this position involved phone and email correspondance with existing members to facilitate purchases in addition to follow up on existing purchase orders. Required knowledge of products ranging from flooring, furniture, appliances, plumbing, and manufacturer custom work orders to accurately place orders for members

Assembly of neon signs, including sign arrangement, preparation of neon sign units, fabrication of backing material, wiring, and custom packaging for shipment of the assembled sign. Also includes the final check of the neon signs performance and appearance before shipping.

Management of multiple phone lines, email accounts, and online website customer chat functions. Also, making and receiving phone calls regarding design changes, quote sales, and follow up of existing custom neon sign orders
