Working on high availability, low latency systems used for creating, managing, retrieving, granting, and monitoring promotions (coupons) for the largest online retailer in the world

AWS Network, Internet Monitoring and Control Contributed to an awesome team that helps detect internet outages and impairments, which assists AWS in providing reliable, ultra-low latency network speeds to customers. I also worked on various security features for the AWS network which assist in keeping us safe from malicious actors. As part of this, I designed and led the implementation of a global canary to identify configuration issues for an anti-ddos mechanism which found 7 misconfigurations by the time it was launched into production.

Provided technical assistance for issues related to software, hardware diagnosis, and networking. Delivered exceptional service to over 400 customers with diligent communication and updates.

Developed and implemented a full-stack feature for AWS Connect Wisdom (now Amazon Q in Connect). Utilized TypeScript, React, Smithy, Kotlin, as well as AWS Tools such as S3 and Lambda. Wrote Frontend/Backend unit tests and integration tests with Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme, JUnit, and MockK, achieving >99.5% code coverage.
