Monitoring and/or reviewing cases for accuracy and correct application of Food Assistance, Cash, and/ or Medicaid policy. Knowledge of public assistance program objectives and policies; problem-solving techniques; training principles and practices; goal setting techniques; arithmetic Conduct fact-finding interviews; accurately prepare and maintain records and reports; work with a diverse range of people; adapt to change; deal calmly and effectively in high stress situations; compose documents or correspondence involving technical information; complex arithmetic operations; interpret and apply regulatory materials; prioritize and meet deadlines; establish and maintain effective working relationships; communicate effectively orally; apply ethical business practices.

● Continue training new ESSI staff in the transition unit on policies, procedures and system usage. ● Monitor the accuracy of each ESSI’s casework by reading their cases prior to authorization, ensuring accuracy and time standards are met. Mentor trainees on issues identified during case reading. ● Manage daily reports for staff, and act as back-up Supervisor for training units.

● Process applications for Public Assistance programs and ensure policy is correctly applied and time standards met ● Make referrals to other community resources, Care Navigation, and Hope Florida to help families in crisis

• Customer service and sales • Promote Bass Pro and manage events in the community • Assess inventory and complete orders online • Resolve customer issues and ensure good customer experience/ promote Bass Pro Credit cards

Youth counselor and mentor to Foster Youth and Community Youth during weekend camp sessions and summer camp • Facilitate activities for youth campers • Responsible for general camp maintenance, equipment maintenance and groundskeeper duties • Office support for computer registrations/recordkeeping
