I have a proven track record of success across a wide range of positions within the US military, financial services and consulting. A common thread throughout these experiences is my focus on leadership, cross-functional service delivery and operational efficiency. I have been building and leading teams for the past 20 years, since starting training as an Air Force Officer. There is no better satisfaction than accomplishing an objective as a team. The ability to have positive impact on teams, drive business growth, solve problems in cross-functional environments, generate value to the bottom line and tackle daunting challenges are key core values. I strive for strong interpersonal and communication skills honed from deep interaction at all levels: C-suite to staff. Learning something new each day keeps me motivated. When I’m not learning new things about the financial industry or FinTech innovation, I’m usually trying to figure out how to make things out of wood, metal, electronics or anything that gets my hands dirty. Generally, this just involves making sawdust or sparks fly; however, once in a while a nice piece of furniture emerges.
