I love working with people! I am a business and operations professional who loves building systems, solving problems, and helping teams win in a variety of ways. With a broad career including education, supply chain, product development, and leadership - I’ve learned that the most powerful results come from clear communication, strong relationships, and a genuine desire to make work meaningful. Today, I manage operations, customer support, compliance, purchasing, inventory, and product development at 7k Metals—coordinating with designers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure customers get exceptional products delivered with excellence. I succeed in fast-moving environments where collaboration, creativity, and execution meet. Before entering operations, I spent over a decade teaching math, physics, and coaching athletics. That experience shaped the way I lead: with clarity, empathy, and a commitment to helping people grow. I still serve as an adjunct professor, working with students around the world and staying connected to education and mentorship. Whether I’m optimizing supply chains, designing learning experiences, or coaching a team, my goal is always the same—create progress, spark growth, and help people succeed.
