Monitored Lubricant distributor ordering levels against market norms during low stock level situations, ensuring a fair distribution of product across the network. Also worked on Continuous Improvement opportunities using VBA programming tools, reducing manual work effort in the operations.

Responsible for collections, KPIs, and customer satisfaction within a portfolio of accounts in the United States Lubricants business.
