 Monitoring of the SMT Process, according to the company's software, to meet the Organization's target (Yield, input/output), in POS Terminal products, Broadband Products, Set-Top Boxes, Computer Motherboard & Systems;  CA Meeting Daily, discussion of relevant defects with the Process Engineering/Maintenance/Production Team, recording, updating and monitoring actions and effectiveness in the Tracklist;  Cause analysis for deviations identified in the SMT process such as Wrong Feed, Short/Weldability, Displaced Components, Solder Paste Displacement, Polarity, Presence of Components, SPI, AOI, using microscope and X-ray for critical component diagnosis ( IC, BGA, LGA, Memories, Coils,, Capacitors, Resistors, Displaced and Scrap judgment;  Evaluation and judgment of PCBs with defects for Scrap definition, such as Broken Pad, Dislocated Components, Missing Phase, Weldability (Cold Welding), Missing Component, etc;  Product Validation in Setup and Production Process (BOT/TOP Phase), Layout/Electric Diagram analysis, BOM/Part List, Remelting Furnace, By-Off - Measurement of electrical characteristics of components, Tape Board, FAI, Evaluation of PCB with "soft" solder paste on X-Ray, check Polarity/Presence, SPI/AOI/Stencil, Weldability, Solder Paste Volume),  Support to machine technicians, in signaling and false failure rate in SPI/AOI;  Support and service to internal customers, responding to NCs, applying Quality Tools. Analysis of failures in finished and semi-finished products, in the input and output stages of the production process, (Mobile/Tablet), of low, medium and high complexity of the business of the SEDA-M plant; Management and conduction of production lines, acting on new models (LQV/MP's) applying knowledge and Quality tools to achieve the organization's goals and KPIs. Effective participation of the company STARTUP in Manaus, being responsible for the implementation of the Unit Quality system, as well as the calibration management of equipment and instruments (ISO 17025).
