Graduated as an Architect, I have gained valuable experience across various fields including architecture, landscaping, procurement, programming, operations, and project management. Over the course of my career, I have advanced from a junior-level designer and landscaper to leadership roles, where I have honed my skills in creative design, effective leadership, and project execution at both the team and organizational levels. I am deeply passionate about delivering high-end finishes, developing staff skills, and strategically leading teams through complex challenges and initiatives in dynamic environments. I thrive in adapting to evolving landscapes and I contribute with my expertise in driving divisional synergies across multiple teams, both nationally and globally. With studies in construction management, architecture & landscaping, my deep appreciation for art, design, beauty, fine wines, good books, travel, people and quality of life continually inspires my work. Being a leader is in the core of all my functions and becoming a better leader has become a goal in all aspects of my life, including my life as wife and mom.
