Various tasks: (Boardroom) HR consulting, organisational development, leading a HR department, HR processmanagement, changemanagement, teambuilding, responsible for legal and HR finance/accounting issues and policies. Een brede, generalistische staffunctie met een accent op het gebied van organisatie- en beleidsontwikkeling. Sparringpartner, adviseur en coach van CvB, directie en managers en medewerkers over (HR-gerelateerde) activiteiten. Verantwoordelijk voor juridische en rechtspositionele vraagstukken. Ontwikkeling en borging van de basis HR-processen (IDU, verzuim, enz), implementatie van e-HRM en HR-accounting. Eindverantwoordelijk voor HR-finance/payroll. Ontwikkeling van professionaliserings-, feedback-, arbo- en vitaliteitsbeleid. Verzorgen van teambuildingen en trainingen op diverse gebieden voor o.a. MT’s. Leiding geven aan P&O-medewerkers.

Op 21 maart gekozen als gemeenteraadslid in de gemeente Ede.
