To support the technical manager in the daily liaison with UKAS, including being the designatated point of contact between UKAS and SGS UK for designated activities. The production of reports and analysis as required for Witnessed Audit Selection and the collation and monitoring of the audit findings and closures. Organising and coordinating the witnessed audits and head-office assessments including the gathering of any pre-visit-information required by UKAS. Organise and facilitate SGS UK's Impartiality and Advisory Committee. Create and maintain Sharepoint sites to support the Technical Team. To provide service and support to other accreditation bodies (APMG, SSIP, LANTRA).

To support the Systems Support Manager with the effective monitoring systems data, running and utilising report to assist in the cleansing of data and providing accurate analysis of data for Management. Provision of data to external bodies and internal users in a timely and accurate manner. the provision and maintenance of all Certnet Templates in line with business requirements. The provision and maintenance of Sharepont sites required by the business.

To provide administrative support to the Aerospace and Automotive Product managers and auditors, in relation to AS9100 and TS16949, includes auditor allocation, proposal preperation, pack processing, invoicing, debt control and monitor / maintain IATF and OASIS database.
