The main responsibility is pricing and sample development. Coordinate daily operational activities in screening new product development samples, and pre-production samples. Negotiate with vendors on price, discount, delivery, and working terms. Work with the courier about the freight cost and make sure to deliver the sample to the customer on time. Maintain vendor profile records Source vendors, identify product opportunities, request for and follow up vendor/ factory evaluation Handle retailing projects in the US market. Coordinate buyer’s visits Coordinate products during photoshoots and showrooms

Discussion with customers to get orders. Work with the team on loading, quantities, and prices to issue purchase orders. Communicate with the supplier some information about PO (material, label, quantities, quality, ...) The main responsibility for the label, and carton layout whenever having a new collection or new customer Work with QC team and factory about labels, and packing information, ... Arrange, plan, and track production progress with the QC team (QC = quality control). Handle booking, shipping documents, and some issues about shipping (schedule, vessel delay, transfer vessel, ...) Support manager in case-related issues about after-sales (spare part, debit note, ...)
