- As a team lead, responsible for the KPIs of shirts for PME Legend, Cast Iron, and Vanguard since January 2020. Since 2018, I have also been responsible for part of the developments, currently for PME Legend (10 collections per year). This role involves both national and international travel. - KPIs: Quality, margin, use of more sustainable materials, a commercial perspective on the number of developments, as well as identifying product opportunities and ensuring timely delivery of collections. - Achievements: Collection growth, continuous cost reductions, decreased return rates due to a new testing policy, fabric consolidation, and fit improvements. - Leading team members in the development process and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coaching, guiding, and supporting the team. - Primary escalation point for challenges within the product group - In addition to my role as Product Group Team Lead, I am also responsible for the development of shirts for PME Legend. - Some tasks: Creating allocation plans, assessing commercial potential and margins, fabric developments, presenting collections to sales managers, negotiating prices with suppliers, coordinating fitting sessions and improving fit.

- In addition to my EHS role (Environmental Health & Safety Specialist), I was also responsible for the product development of shirts. - Established a Chemical Management Policy, conducted risk analyses, and ensured compliance with testing for restricted chemicals in textiles and leather. - Performed country risk analyses regarding environmental performance & mapped out the supply chain (washing, printing, embroidery, weaving, finishing, yarn suppliers). - Contributed to the 'Scaling Due Diligence in Textiles' project with Modint, Solidaridad, and Alcon Advies to enhance supply chain transparency and create a positive environmental impact. - Participated in the Dye House Project led by the Dutch Agreement on Sustainable Garments and Textiles (SER), aiming to improve processes and reduce environmental impact at two laundries in China. - Worked with BEPI from Amfori in 2018 to assess the environmental performance of suppliers throughout the production chain.

- Buying Assistant for different product groups; menswear, hosiery and underwear - Responsible for order follow-up and bulk production; checking fabrics, labdips, strike-offs and Fit, Order Administration - Daily communication with suppliers in China, Turkey and Bangladesh - Worked with 2 different Senior buyers and several designers - Involved with selection of fabrics, prints, styling etc.

- Assisting buyers for Promiss knitwear, accessories and blouses - Approvals of labdips, strike- offs etc. - Involved with fit sessions and sent out fit comments - Daily focus on in time deliveries/planning - Supplier contact
