I am working on my doctoral dissertation in the Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations research group. The work has consisted of reading and learning from mathematical articles, solving mathematical problems both on my own and in a group, writing research articles, giving seminar talks, and participating in conferences. The work has also included teaching in various math courses and arranging the courses and exams.

I gave problem solving sessions on basic courses of mathematics. The work also included checking exams and homework of the students.

I worked on mathematical efficiency analysis models in Systems Analysis Laboratory. The work also included programming in Java for computing the models.

My doctoral studies mainly include theoretical mathematical analysis, especially harmonic analysis and fractional Laplace type equations. The title of my doctoral thesis is "Nonlocal nonlinear potential theory and fractional integral operators".

I had mathematics as my major and systems and operations research as my minor. My studies also included various programming and statistics courses.

I studied in the Degree Programme in Engineering Physics and Mathematics. I had mathematics as my major and systems analysis as my minor.
