- Prepare official quotation and submit to client. - Verify and check the order which receive from Business Development for Heavy Lift Project. - Issue Job Order and Delivery Order. - Prepare and apply for all documentation required for the project. - Record all on-going and incoming Heavy Lift Project. - Prepare project report and allowance once project completed. - Issue invoice after project completion. - Prepare costing report for every project. - Follow up all the quotation submitted with customer. - Liaise with client regarding on-going project. - Monitor team attendance and claim overtime pay. - Prepare letter for authority approval. - Arrange safety induction, body pass and vehicle pass to enter port. - Renew road tax, renew insurance and update Puspakom inspection. - Prepare planning for project. - Prepare sales report every end of the month. - Issue purchase order and record all the stock received. - Prepare claim for manager and team. - Experiencing as an auditor for audit.
