Proud to be part of Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc., a subsidiary of Murata Manufacturing and a global leader in electronic components. I contribute to the continuous improvement of Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) production, with a specific focus on the sheeting process, a critical step within the green process of MLCC manufacturing, which covers the series of pre-firing processes from ceramic slurry casting through subsequent green sheet handling and preparation. As a Line Process Engineer, my role involves end-to-end process optimization, driving yield improvement initiatives, and conducting equipment performance analysis. I work closely with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to improve key manufacturing KPIs such as yield, defect reduction, and equipment efficiency, while supporting stable, efficient, and high-quality production across manufacturing operations.

Materials Science Division – Advanced Materials Section Completed a 240-hour internship focused on advanced material processing and analysis. Contributed to research projects aimed at material innovation and sustainability while gaining hands-on exposure to modern analytical techniques and equipment. • Performed both quantitative and qualitative investigations in materials and engineering sciences • Participated in the synthesis and characterization of advanced materials, including cellulose nanocrystals • Collaborated on R&D initiatives under supervised training from senior researchers • Received practical training in analytical instruments such as XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis, and microscopy tools • Attended SLA 3D printing demonstrations and material science webinars • Engaged in product, machine, and equipment demonstrations relevant to industrial materials research
