In Asia - Acting as MLAB and financial advisor for various limited-recourse / M&A transactions in Australia, Argentina, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Philippines, UAE, Vietnam, Singapore in natural resources (lithium, gold, copper, nickel, zinc, fertiliser, metallurgical coal), oil & gas (upstream, mid and downstream), power (renewables, green hydrogen, ammonia, gas, coal, nuclear, water&electricity utilities) and infrastructure (rail, airport, road) sectors. In Europe - PPP financial advisory mandates in power and infrastructure sectors such as railway & highways, mining & energy, environment & utilities, sport facilities - Complex Financial modeling including VBA coding (advisory / debt and bond arranging) - Stress tests & Sensitivity analysis - Return optimization, loan and bond debt sizing - Project analysis and pitching - Review of various documents such as RfP, TS, PPA, SHA, CSA, SFA etc. - management of bank competition process since issuance of teaser for market sounding, through NDA, Info Memo, IOA, commitment letters until financial close on projects like Intercity Express Project II in UK, Nacala corridor in Mozambique, Waste to Energy project in Edinburgh or Hinkley Point NP in UK

Taishan EPR Nuclear power plant project - In the Engineering & Project organization - New Build China I was responsible for project management and technical configuration management tasks. In cooperation with the Engineering Discipline Leaders and as direct support to the Engineering Manager of the Nuclear Island - Nuclear Steam & Supply System I was involved in implementation of an IT configuration tool, organization of the change management board meetings (review of design changes & implementation approvals across Flamanville - France, Olkiluoto- Finland and Taishan - China NPP projects) and follow up of the Technical Change Notes in liaison with the Costs and Planning department.

Planning & construction of one of the largest French 86.000sqm shopping mall - Quartz - the Paris region Hauts de Seine. During the pre-construction phase I was involved in the tendering process and engineering documentation preparation. During the construction phase my interventions covered the site management and day-to-day construction tasks on execution of large platforms, utility networks and road structures.

In direct cooperation with senior structural engineer I was responsible for elaboration of design documentation for various RC and steel structures in Autocad-2009, Bentley-Microstation V8, Revit Architecture 2010.

I was responsible for project and construction management tasks, crew coordination, quality management, as built control and reporting on status of ongoing works. I assisted the German / English investor company Raiffeisen evolution and Savant Int. in order to facilitate the relations with general contractor SKANSKA during production meetings and on day-to-day tasks in English, German or Czech.
