HEAR ME is a project carried out in five countries, aiming at innovation of welfare-societies by engaging senior citizens in mentorships for young people at risk. We had a comparative approach as the projects took place in different types of welfare-regimes and cultural and organisational contexts. We deleoped both general principles and tools for proces-management, assuring the relevance of national/local implementation

during those years i was the leader of a team that developed, described and disseminated a social pedagogiacal approach in the field of care work for people with a dementia-disease. We did it for the Danish Government as a part of a strategy for avoidance of violence and unlegal power in care work with severely disabled people. We develoepd interactive teaching aids and implemented the approach in 40 municipalities.

As R&D was a new function at JPS I had responsibility for the building up of the department, integrating it in the existing organisation and making connections with external partners. I was project manager for fairly big projects, and did research as well (published book and articles) As researcher I was most engaged in projects in the field of aldult education concerning development and implementation og social pedagogical methods in care and upbringing.
