Hey There! am a HR Professional and been a part of recruitment for the last 7+ years. I am lucky to be in a profession that I truly love, and the cornerstone of my recruiting philosophy is candidate experience. Much too often recruiting is treated like a numbers game or a transactional interaction, its easy to forget that candidates are people first – often stressed out people, wondering if they are ever going to find that elusive “right fit” . I do my best to show them that job hunting and interviewing can be fun and a positive experience; one that is filled with respect and compassion. While I have experience recruiting across multiple domains and sourcing for a variety of go-to- market skillsets, I have a strong affinity for Technical/Non-Technical recruiting. Although I am currently focused on expanding my knowledge and mastering the field, I truly enjoy recruiting for roles of all shapes and sizes and have experience in Hiring Technical Lead, Mainframe developers, Big data Engineers, Software Engineers and Human Resources to name a few.
