With 30 years of management experience in various productions, in Denmark and abroad, I create special value due to my innovative mindset through optimization of production processes, product development and sales of products. I am results-oriented and my goal-oriented task solution is based on a combination of practical experience, theory and an engineering education. I am trained Mechanical Engineer, MBA in General Management, MSc – Finance, and lately I passed the exam as a Psychotherapist, because people and the management of people have my great interest. I have taught evening school at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus in subjects such as Management, Quality, LEAN, Innovation, Economics, Efficiency of production. I am strong in Change management and I am able to keep direction and focus and have special competencies in terms of being able comprehend the complexity of the whole technical system. I am innovative and solution-oriented, spot new opportunities quickly and do not stop for "we have tried this before". I have a great drive and usually reach the strategical goals. Strong in strategic planning, cultural change and motivated by results created commonly. Fast to identify bad solutions/waste and manages to change this.
