Developed an AI photo booth service end-to-end as part of a 2-person team (A to Z Global Service Maker). Handled the full cycle from service planning and architecture design to backend implementation, frontend development, and production deployment. Defined MVP scope and designed a scalable theme registry architecture. On the backend, built Firebase Cloud Functions-based APIs, integrated Gemini 2.5 Flash & 3 Pro Image models, implemented an image processing pipeline with Firebase Storage, and designed a point deduction system. On the frontend, built 7 React/TypeScript screens across two product lines (couple shot & character doll), including preset concept UIs, a 2-step character selection modal, and a shared component system. Also handled Firebase infrastructure setup, beta tester access control, and 16-language i18n support.
