Key contributions included: ✅ Product Development – Created technical drawings, selected materials, and defined product features. ✅ Marketing Strategy – Designed a marketing concept aligned with target audiences and product value. ✅ Production Planning – Developed a production concept including machine selection, workstation design, time estimations, and logistics. ✅ Factory Layout Design – Created a comprehensive material flow and layout plan for a functional factory concept. ✅ Market & Supplier Analysis – Conducted market research and identified strategic suppliers. ✅ Cost Analysis & Sales Forecast – Calculated purchasing and production costs, and forecasted product pricing for a mid-term sales strategy.
