Maintain inventory, update records, and assist with stock management. 4. Assist with technical support coordination for installations and troubleshooting. 5. Prepare and process invoices, track expenses, and manage financial records. 6. Support marketing activities by assisting with content creation and market research. 7. Organize meetings, events, and manage office schedules. 8. Perform general office duties such as filing, documentation, and email correspondence. 9. Monitor and update the company's CRM system. 10. Assist with proposal preparations and funding applications. 11. Support sales activities, including scheduling and customer visits. 12. Handle office supplies management, ensuring availability and organizing orders.
