Janet Joseph

With over 15 years of experience in CSR, consulting, project management, and business advisory, I am currently leading the Corporate Social Responsibility function at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India. My role involves designing and implementing the CSR framework and strategy, aligning it with the global vision and values of the company, and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations and standards. I am passionate about creating positive change in the society and for the environment. I have spearheaded multiple initiatives and collaborations with NGOs, social enterprises, and startups, supporting them with fundraising, grant management, monitoring, and advocacy. I have also developed and delivered training programs and workshops on CSR, marketing for social change, and sustainability strategies for various stakeholders. I am skilled in presentation, communication, and organizational leadership, and I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams. I am currently pursuing my MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex, and I hold certificates in Strategic CSR, Marketing for Social Change, and Sustainability Strategies from reputed institutions.
