Business Analysis: confers with managment, line staff and ITG to develop system specs for Clinical Information Systems, including RFP, Cost Benefit Analysis. Participates in selection, implementation and long term support. System Analysis: Oversees the vendor, server, database, application and desktop integration. Participates in the deployments of applications for thin or fat clients using options such as Citrix and various opertating systems. Writes queries, Performs system analysis, specifications, testing and validations for new installations, upgrades and interfaces. System Application Support: Write detailed support documentation, provide primary support for troubeshooting and resolving clinical application system problems. Diagnose problems and develop plans to correct problems. Communicate and coordinate with customers, staff, vendors to schedule and run applicaiton upgrades or fixes.
