* Implementing firm wide initiatives with particular focus on working in concert with the global corporate department * Developing key account management plans and go to market strategy in accordance to different clients portfolio * Supporting partners in all areas in relation to business development including pitch, proposals and other credentials * Organizing and managing key promoting events, seminars and measuring return on investment * Establishing and maintaining long term relationship with local & international clients * Supporting customer relationship management and target marketing efforts * Facilitating the flow of best practices information among client teams * Organizing China partners meeting to develop key client plans * Drafting and translating regional press releases on new partnership and recognizable deals * Monitoring business development budgets * Participating on firm wide business development team meetings at both regional and global level
