◼ Performance Review： - consolidate HR relevant data; as a host to complete year-end review with service line partners. - Processing salary adjustment according to the result of year-end review. - Design performance review platform and do enhancement work. ◼ Talent Management： - Drive key talent retention& development efforts ◼ L&D: - cooperate with learning department as core team member to design outdoor training (GClevel) - as a coordinator to do new staff/senior training materials enhancement ◼ Global People Survey: - As a core team of GC. cooperate with APAC team to review/design question set and analysis the result of people surveys for service line. - Provide suggestions and best practice to service line according to the survey result ◼ Apply external HR branding rewards (continuously won Great Place Work for 5 years) ◼ Employee Relation &Engagement: - China Central Diversity& Inclusiveness management - Designing and maintenance of internal use APP - Uplifting onboarding process for new joiner - Design team gathering events ◼ HR relevant data analysis： - complete HR reports and data analysis according to requirement from service line.◼ Others： - uplifting other HR relevant process according to request from service line - other engagements assigned by HR leader(rewards program and charity program
