Managed projects, conducted botanical surveys and wetland delineations for WESCO and when it was bought out by Resource Management International (RMI). RMI closed the San Rafael office the beginning of January of 1998 and I started by own company.

I conducted surveys for special status plants, delineations of waters of th U.S., including wetlands, managed projects, conducted monitoring of projects, wrote mitigation plans, prepared permit applications and did work related to botany and wetlands including preparing sections for CEQA and NEPA documents.

I provide on-call services related to botanical surveys, wetland delineations, mitigation plans, riparian habitat planting plans, and environmental permitting for Section 404, 401 Water Quality Certifications and Section 1600 Streambed Alteration Agreements.

Conduct surveys for rare plants, wetland delineations, permitting for wetlands, project management, wetland mitigation monitoring, agency coordination. Work with U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Board, California Department of Fish and Game (Section 1600 Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreements), and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service for endangered species consultations.

I conduct surveys for special status plants, delineations for wetlands and waters of the U.S., permit applications for Section 404 Section 10 for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 401 water quality certifications for the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Section 1600 Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreements, and manage projects related to biological resources.

Conducted wetland delineation and prepared the 404 and 401 permit applications for the Western Area Power Administration Sacramento Area Voltage Support project in Sutter, Placer and Sacramento Counties.
