I am a Diabetes Psychologist with a passion for integrating medical science and mental health to improve the lives of people living with diabetes. My career began as a medical representative, where I developed deep expertise in diabetes care, treatment protocols, and patient education. Over the years, attending numerous trainings and conferences strengthened my understanding of how physical, emotional, and behavioral factors interact in diabetes management. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I combine psychological insight with medical knowledge to provide holistic, evidence-based care. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals reframe unhelpful thoughts, Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support treatment adherence, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to reduce distress and enhance emotional well-being. I also work closely with families of people living with diabetes, helping them understand the condition, improve communication, and offer effective emotional support. My goal is to empower individuals and their families to manage diabetes with confidence, balance, and resilience — recognizing that true health extends beyond blood sugar levels to include mental and emotional well-being.
