 Harmonization of price levels across countries in particular related to Korean-, Taiwanese and Japanese JV and dealer operations in China  Engage in annual sales budget of all leather chemicals sold in China and conduct quarterly sales forecast updates.  Develop advertising and promotion programs such as ads, product leaflets, gifts, exhibitions, etc..  Organize and distribute marketing reports, i.e. sales updates, portfolio analysis, competitor information and others to regional/area and marketing managers.  Sales contract/agreement management including dealership, commission, rebate, etc.  Manage customers’ credit and accountable receivable  Analyze/discover cost saving potentials related to product portfolio, logistics costs, packaging materials etc.  Manage the marketing support and logistic team.  Inventory management.

Lead customer service team to fulfil the processing from order to cash. Support Head of Sales and Marketing for marketing intelligence and sales forecasting and planning.
