At CAT l was responsible for a range of transactions - both buy-side and sell-side - and was part of the negotiation team for the strategic collaboration with AstraZeneca established in 2004. Following the acquisition of CAT by AstraZeneca in 2006 I worked with the parent company Therapy Areas (Respiratory and Inflammation, CNS & Pain and CV & GI) in the evaluation of opportunities and subsequent transactions.
