Responsible for Product Development and Management for all categories (nails, makeup and skincare)

Responsible for creating and managing the new category of skincare and partly makeup, thus shaping the strong growth plan of gitti. Creator of an innovative roof concept for the skincare category. - Managing the entire NPD (New Product Development) process as well as managing and optimizing existing products (e.g. ingredient substitution, packaging change, quality assurance) - Creative line and product concepts based on market and ingredient research, including roadmap management 2021-2023 - Supplier and Project Management: direct contact person for various suppliers and responsible for managing the projects to ensure a successful launch, co-creator of a more structured project plan using the platform Asana - Regulatory Affairs: product promotions, on-pack and on website (e.g. compliance checks, claim substantiation, development of product texts) - Establishment and coordination of a Product Tester Panel (product tests, customer survey creation and evaluation) - Product-related data maintenance and processing of customer service requests - Close to the market with strong community and brand ambassador involvement - Regular meetings with all parties in-house on project status (e.g. Marketing, Design & Communication, Supply Chain/Operations), preparing stakeholder kick-offs for NPDs - Presentation of new products to all employees during company meetings

Six month Internship Research& Development Bio-Renewables, Adhesive Technologies - Synthesis of various additives and polymers based on renewable raw materials - In particular, preparation of bio-based polyesters and various adhesion promoters - Modification of natural polysaccharides - Characterization of the produced compounds by IR and NMR spectroscopy - Support in research on new synthesis pathways and raw materials
