Our project DENOXTRONIC is used by front car producers (Daimler Chrysler - Mercedes, BMW, VW, Mitsubishi FUSO, Ford, Toyota) to reduce nitrous oxide emissions (NOx) by diesel engines. From January 2009 I was responsible as Project Designer for AdBlue injection units of all passenger and LD car producers. (Overall documentation - drawings, technical documents, FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis), SAP structure, 3D models in CATIA V5 and SMARTEAM database; Managing documentation updates and ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) according to production limits and standards including tolerance analysis and tests ordering.) Part of my role was to analyze and solve our company's and suppliers production problems and communicate on daily basis with central development department and sales department in Stuttgart (Germany), supplier designers, quality, purchase, production, logistic, and testing departments.
