A Little bit about me.. I am a highly adaptive leader, dedicated and driven. My leadership style is based on trust and attension and I have a well developed situational awareness. I have worked with renewable energy for almost 15 years, and I really like the aspects in that, but I am also curious about a lot of other things, like business and people development etc.. I have a very light and easy-going personality, with a good sense of humour and a strong sense for diplomancy and fairness, that has proven positive in my relations with customers and people in general. With more than forty years of professional experience in various environments, ranging from military leader over information technology, coaching of criminal youths, managing wind turbine sites and Team Lead for Site managers and Installation leads, Operations manager and COO, Head of Site Management, Site Manager for Statkraft and from 2021 owner of my own consultant company, currently on contract with Vattenfall, where I have successfully done 2 good projects, my career to date, has been strongly supported by my dedication, ability to motivate and to step into almost any tasks and invironments and adapt to the situation.
