-Experience in Managing the Maintenance, Repairs, Retro fits, and Installation of UPS equipment, CRAC units, Batteries, Fire Suppression Systems, and Generators inside of our Data Center. -Change Control implementation and scheduling Maintenance and repairs for critical equipment. (CRAC units, UPS and batteries, Generators, Fire Suppression systems, PDU's) -Monitoring Site Scan(BMS) and on call 24/7 for scheduling vendors for repairs and being onsite to assess and determine issues along with risk assessment. -Data Center badge access control and SOX audits. -Several years of field service technician work with electrical products within Data Center Facilities. -Data Center Certified Associate Certification from Schneider Electric-2023 -Data Center Infrastructure Management Cerification- GoGo Training- Instructor Dave Cole. -Directly work with server teams to get power specs to properly design underfloor power circuits to server cabinets. -Manage remote colo in Chicago. manage the customer portal as an admin. control access permissions for all CAH employees. allocate and inventory physical space, racks, and power as well.
